To begin, select appropriate seat height (easily adjustable) and weights. Take hold of handles and sit on seat with your chest against the chest pad. Slowly contract the back muscles, pulling handles towards the chest and ensure you maintain good posture and form with your feet flat on the floor for the entire movement. Slowly extend elbows to return to the start position.
